When will this goal be completed: When I have begun a celebration only upon the completion of all other goals stated on the list.

Foreseeable problems: There are no reasonable unique problems that will hamper the completion of this goal. NOTHING!!! Nothing acceptable except under the most abhorrent standards, anyway. ;)
